During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the friendly staff and the clean and beautiful hostel. the fact that they had plugs and lights at every bed, with curtains for privacy, was a great feature. I also loved the option to join a WhatsApp group to connect with other guests and join in on their adventures. Plus, they had fantastic tours available at great prices. the hostel had a large pool, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of outdoor space to relax.
The remote location of the hostel. It took about 30 minutes to walk to the center of the town and there was no direct road, just a rocky path.

The location may be a bit remote, but it offers a super chilled atmosphere away from the crowds. It's ideal if you have a car, and there are cost-effective transfers available. The hostel has beautiful facilities, including a stunning pool with sunbeds, a well-equipped kitchen, and modern bathrooms that are cleaned to perfection every morning. The staff are friendly and organize fun activities like Zumba and Yoga classes, creating a great opportunity to meet new people.
The common areas can feel empty due to their size compared to the number of guests.

I recently stayed at The Tree House in El Medano for a few days and had a fantastic time. The social area, both inside and outside with the pool, looked new and inviting. The hostel's design, with buildings surrounding a cozy courtyard, made it easy to interact with other guests. The courtyard had plenty of seating areas, tables, and even a large tree for shade. The atmosphere was amazing, with people cooking and inviting others to join their meals. The staff and owners were welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

During our stay at The Tree House, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome from Miguel, one of the volunteers. His friendly and genuine nature made us feel right at home. The hostel provided a great co-working space with stunning views, allowing us to be productive while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The basic rooms were comfortable, and we quickly bonded with the other guests, making our stay even more enjoyable. Despite being a bit outside of town, it added to the charm and gave us a chance to connect with other travelers. The entire staff, including Simon, Laura, and Don Jorge, were fantastic.
The hostel's location, which was a bit far from the town and required a bike or car for easy access. Additionally, some activities advertised did not run as planned, and there were a few cleanliness issues in the common areas.

I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was a great feature and I enjoyed lounging on the sun beds. The kitchen was well-equipped and I appreciated being able to cook my own meals. The location was peaceful and away from the crowds, which I really enjoyed.
The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient. It was quite far from the city center and the road leading to the hotel was not in the best condition.

Had an amazing Christmas and New Year experience at this place. Met fantastic and unique people, felt like a family retreat. the staff and volunteers were hardworking and fair. Loved the shuttle service from the airport. the facilities were top-notch, with a great pool and cozy rooms. loved the fact that they had a co-working space and plenty of activities to participate in.
The kitchen could get really dirty as guests didn't clean up after themselves. the beds could use some improvement as they were not very comfortable.

My stay at The Tree House Tenerife was absolutely brilliant. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff, especially Miguel, went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The facilities were basic but clean and the co-working spaces were perfect for my work needs. The views from the hostel were breathtaking, with palm trees and tropical birds adding to the beautiful ambiance. The free shuttle service provided was a great perk, especially for those without a car. The hostel also offered a delicious meal option at night, which was a pleasant surprise. I had a fantastic experience at The Tree House Tenerife.
Drawbacks: The only downside was the location, as the hostel is a bit outside of El Medano town. This meant I had to walk a bit to reach the town or rely on transportation.
